Jonathan: Young Adult Housing Program - Hillcrest Platte County

Jonathan is a December 2022 graduate of the Young Adult program. Jonathan came to HPC after sleeping on the streets and in the basement of his workplace for several months. He was able to keep a job but struggled to maintain a routine since he had no stable place to stay.

Since being in the program, Jonathan has been able to establish a routine, make it to appointments on time, and stick to his budget to build his savings.

Jonathan graduated from the program and moved into his own apartment. Additionally, Jonathan plans to enroll in college classes in 2023 to continue to work toward his goal of becoming a chef.
