Case Manager - Young Adult Housing
Kate joined the Hillcrest Platte County team in 2017 as the Young Adult Housing Case Manager. Her background is in intercultural studies and pastoral counseling. Through her own walk she has a passion for youth who have suffered trauma, abuse, and who have battled addiction. She and her husband previously worked at a residential program for teenage boys and had been involved in youth and young adult ministry for several years. Her favorite scripture verse is Jeremiah 1:5 “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.” And with this verse in mind, she hopes to help those that are lost find their identity and purpose in Christ!
