What Is Meeple-a-thon

Meeple-a-thon is a 501(c)(3) charity gaming convention founded in 2017 with a powerful mission: to help break the cycle of poverty and homelessness in Kansas City. Our founder’s experience with these challenges fuels our commitment to making a difference.

What Meeple-a-thon Does:

  • Gaming for Good: We host a fun-filled gaming convention featuring a game library, tournaments, classes, and more.
  • 100% to Charity: Every dollar spent at Meeple-a-thon goes directly to our partner charity, Hillcrest Platte County’s Youth Housing Program.
  • Community Impact: We’ve grown from humble beginnings to become a major force for good in Kansas City, supporting essential services for those in need.
