Classification Exempt Reports to Director of Operations   Summary/Objective Hillcrest Platte County is seeking a Digital Media & Marketing Manager to lead the organization's digital storytelling, content production and marketing, public relations, paid media execution, and website updates and maintenance. This is a hands-on, senior-level role that requires both strong creative execution and strategic oversight. The ideal candidate thrives in producing high-quality content while also leading and supervising a small communications team, ensuring consistency and excellence across multi-channel marketing efforts within a mission-driven environment. In addition, this role supports marketing and communications efforts for public relations initiatives, organizational events, and HPC Thrift Shops, while acting as a key connector between administrative departments, thrift store locations, and community partners.   Essential Functions This position is responsible for building and managing HPC's communications and marketing ecosystem, including: 1. Guidance and supervision of marketing team members across locations 2. Content creation (digital and print), strategy, and execution across social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube 3. Brand consistency across all marketing channels 4. Meta Ads Manager strategy, campaign execution, and budget optimization 5. Analytics tracking, reporting, and performance optimization 6. Public relations and media outreach 7. Event promotion and marketing support 8. Google Business Profile updates and review response management 9. WordPress website updates and maintenance 10. Storytelling, article writing, and short-form video production 11. Management of login credentials and secure access for digital platforms 12. Collaboration with thrift store locations and administrative departments 13. Other duties as assigned   Competencies 1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field; and/or 4+ years of equivalent professional experience in digital marketing, content creation, media production, or public relations 2. HPC has 35 fully furnished apartments where we house the working homeless and unattached young adults. HPC is expanding services to our program participants to include mental health counseling.   Position Summary: The licensed QMHP works in a team environment and demonstrates collaboration, a high level of clinical leadership and independent practice. Provides an advanced level of mental health treatment in both individual and group settings. Treatment is provided based upon sound theoretical principles, with knowledge of the special issues and needs of the population served. This position develops treatment strategies to meet the multifaceted needs of a diverse population, including children and young adults and is expected to interface with both internal and external treatment providers. Trauma informed services are required. Our QMHP services will follow a strengths-based model that will help develop and build skills that will help the child and family function autonomously and successfully.   This position will also help in developing this new program expansion of mental health counseling. That will include establishing relationships within the community. House Managers live on campus and serve as a trusted, after-hours point of contact for program participants, helping create a safe, supportive, and Christ-centered environment. In exchange for 15–20 volunteer hours per week, HPC provides a rent- and utility-free two-bedroom apartment. Hours are flexible and can be worked around a full-time day job.

  Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Living on-site as a contact person for participants after business hours, on weekends, and during holidays
  • Creating, fostering, and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment on HPC properties
  • Conducting twice-weekly apartment checks and nightly curfew checks
  • Assisting with preparing apartments for move-ins, the orientation process, and move-out procedures
  • Scheduling and leading weekly community meetings
  • Completing other duties as discussed during the initial interview
